People say immortality isn't real, I laugh,
Pen another paragraph to say the half
And watch as their facts and theories crash.
Words have legitimate longevity levitating them
Pasts the levees of time that break and bend.
I'm a real thinker, a real life feeling speaker.
But I fear the ceiling is too high for me to figure out.
I know without a doubt a drought will come
Where words are dry and time has subsided.
I denied that my lines some day would be quoted.
If I knew that, I probably wouldn't have wrote it.
